Inspired by over 50 years of Spider-Man comics, Spider-Man: Unlimited is a "web-runner" that will have fans swinging, running, and fighting through a chaotic New York on the brink of destruction. The Formidable Sinister Six attempt to gain unlimited power by opening a malevolent dimensional rift to our world. It’s up to Peter Parker and iconic Spider-Man variations such as Iron Spider-Man, Spider-Man Noir, Future Foundation Spider-Man and Ben Reilly Spider-Man to team up and stop them.  The game title is set in New York and shares the same comic-style animation used in Gameloft's Captain America, which was launched in March. Spider-Man: Unlimited would let gamers face off The Formidable Sinister Six, a team of villains including Doctor Octavius, Vulture, and Electro and others. The game is based on episode-styled story design and makes the gameplay more challenging by introducing the villain's dimensional counterparts like that of Spider-Man's.

 The real novelty here is that there are a boatload of different Spider-Men to summon from alternate dimensions. They each have their own properties which can change the way you play. You'll also bump into nefarious villains like the Sinister Six as challenging boss fights. You'll be able to run through story mode, unlimited mode, and event mode, depending on what you're feeling like.

 Unlimited definitely has a combat mechanic. Our hero will have to punch a variety of goons who work for the game’s mysterious primary foe. And he’ll do battle with several famous supervillains, including the Green Goblin, The Vulture, and (ugh) Electro. The superheroic combat and boss battles should help Spider-Man Unlimited appeal to core gamers and comic fans.
